Description
This can has a cardboard body with metal end plates. The paper label has some minor stains and one 3/16 inch scrape with missing paper. The can had openings on the top (small amounts) and the bottom (large amounts). The American Crayon Company used Old Faithful as its logo - OLD FAITHFUL TUNED PALET COLOR PRODUCTS was their tag line. The container is empty. There are two oddities to this can. First, they use a dot in front of Prang. The Art Deco lettering date this can to the mid 1930's. Using a dot or period in such a manner would not be common until the 1990's. The second thing is no where on this can is there an indication as to the amount of powder inside.
