This is a large 16 Tall x 12 1/2 Wide x 7 1/2" Deep,
water tight wooden box hand painted with exterior paint.
Door is VERY tight to keep rain out.
Includes Decorated rooms (Handcrafted furniture) Furniture, Swag Box with Skeleton Hotel Keys, Pine Cones and Kindness Coins & Log Book
Choose your own look, colors and themes or you may purchase a pre made hotel.
The only thing you need to add is a lock and chain if desired

Most of our items are purchased from Estate Sales and are vintage with normal vintage wear.
Returns are only accepted if description is grossly misstated and for purchase price only.
Only PayPal is accepted unless you pick up the item locally.
Payment should be made within three (3) days of Auction end, unless other arrangements have been made.
Please be sure to email me when you receive your invoice if more time is needed.
I will send a follow up reminder if payment has not been made or I have not heard from you. If I have not heard from you within 7 days, I will open an unpaid item dispute.
All items are available for local pickup without a shipping charge.Send a message if you would like to purchase and pick up the item.
We ship to the US only.
If you would like to purchase this item from outside the US,
your item will be sent to the Global Shipping Center and they will ship to you!
All items weighing less than 13 ounces will be mailed in a padded envelope when possible.
Items over 13 ounces will be mailed priority and usually flat rate priority.
We do offer a discount for multiple items!! I try to charge as close to actual postal rates for the items. The high price of shipping is out of my control, therefore, I do not include insurance unless requested.
