no returns or exchanges

Defective Items or Exchanges:  All items must be returned with a RMA number obtained from us with in 7 days of the item being recieved from the tracking number provided from the shipper.
Please, call us to proved a RMA number before shipping any exchange.  All items with out a RMA will be returned.
All non-defective, undamaged, and unopended products will incure a 25% restocking fee.  If we recieve any return or exchange in an open package or box or with out orginal accessories there will be a 50% restocking fee.
