COLORDO GOLD MINE! Theresa Mine Model ZZ Scale 1:300 - No Assembly Required!
This is a 3D Scan and Print of the Theresa Gold Mine in ZZ 1:300 Scale.

The model is designed to be compatible with ZZ-Scale model trains with track running underneath, providing a convenient way to drop ore in a train. Clearances might be a little tight with some trains though. It will look great cosmetically even if you decide not to run anything underneath it.
The models footprint is 50mm long x 59mm wide and it stands 77mm tall.
The Train Passage is 11mm wide x 16mm tall.
I would love to see it painted and included in a model train layout or diorama! Please see last picture two pictures of a customers completed mine. He enclosed the bottom of the mine and did a wonderful job painting and weathering the mine to recreate and
model an abandoned copper mine from Michigan Keewanau Peninsula.
This will certainly make a nice addition to some ones layout or diorama.
Its fully assembled as a 1 piece print so if you like to paint and finish models but don't really like building and the glue mess than this is for you.

A little about the mine...
The elevated platform served as a way to carry waste rock away from the mine after being sorted. Workers would climb the support onto the platform to then get inside the building.
The model is based off the real life Theresa Mine located near Victor Colorado. The steel structure you see was built in 1934 after a fire burnt down most the above original ground structures.
The mine produced 120,000 ounces of gold worth about 5 million at todays prices. The shaft was eventually over 1500 feet deep. You can take a hike and stand right next to the structure today.
