This workhorse extra-large electric pressure fryer is designed for simple to understand operation, long life, and high volume. The process controls are easy to use and program for true one-touch cooking. The results from pressure frying are superb! Pressure builds up in the vat, trapping moisture in the protein, leaving you with perfectly tender and moist meat while retaining a crispy exterior. Food coming out of the pressure fryer has a longer holding "life" too, which is perfect for grab-n-go service.
The FKM-FC commercial pressure fryer can cook up to 24lb (10.8 kg) of product in one cycle and holds 75 lb (34 kg) of oil. With it’s heating elements completely inside the vat allowing oil to flow freely around them, amazing efficiency and fast recovery times are the hallmark of the FKM series electric fryers. A built-in filtration system keeps oil fresh and extends its life, saving you money over the life of the fryer and keeping your food tasting consistent every time. Simply push a button and twist a handle to and you are filtering oil easily and safely. The patented quick-disconnect allows for easy removal of the filtering vat.

Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
