ATHEARN - White Freightliner (WFL) Undecorated Cab and Windshield Part Set - 1 Each
Here we have an Undecorated Athearn White Freightliner Cab and Windshield set. Nothing else, just these two parts. We opened a mislabeled box from the factory and these were hiding within it. These are "
Blue Box
" replacement parts and work well with the tractor frames which we currently have available in our other eBay offers.
Modelers Tip
: This cab is the perfect starting point to create any of the many length and style variations White Freightliner offered while this tractor model was in production. From the economical day cab to one of several and optional sleeper lengths, most anything is possible if you take your time. If removing some of the sleeper to create a "day cab" version, just be sure and measure twice and cut once (masking tape helps to insure a straighter cut and can also help save details if you are not too heavy handed): we'll add one photo to give you an example. Always wash these parts with warm soapy water and let dry before painting to remove mold release compounds from the surface. Look online and find photos of what you want to create, print them out and keep them handy for reference as you work; this always works best for us. Happy modeling!

Please note, due to time constraints and other business responsibilities, we close our eBay business every week at noon on Friday and then re-open for shipping and such late on Sunday. Yes, we are happy to give you a combined shipping total, but you MUST request a combined shipping invoice when you are all finished shopping. We try and watch out for this, but are far from perfect. If you pay before we combine invoices the items will ship as individual orders.
